ANALISA TINGKAT FLEKSIBILITAS SISTEM SUPPLY CHAIN PADA PT. MAYATAMAMANUNGGAL SENTOSA MALANG

More tight between companies nowadays, prosecute each company to work hard to defense its existence in business world, one of the strategy is become flexible. Flexible it is that the company triying to satisfy variety of customer request. It is shows that flexibility indicate whether the company able to satisfy request from the customers or doesn�t satisfy yet. Based on the problem above, so the writer do the research to measure supply chain flexibility in PT. Mayatama Manunggal Sentosa Malang by accounting the comparison between value of customers request and value of company capability. This reseach is done by distributing quisionaire about customer request and company capability. From the result of the research that was done, the writer get there are 7 factors infected the flexibility of supply chain, are the quality product design, speed of delivery product to customers, speed of delivery material from suppliers, adaption of production schedule, utilization of subcontract, supplier�s ability to supply material, variation of product. From the calculating result, the score of supply chain flexibility is 88.87%, and it can be said flexible, improvement suggestion are give the practice to the worker, ovetime, make the insight together with suppler, great computerisation system, increase amount of machine and worker and have a good relationship with supplier.
