The purpose of this reseach is to examine the resistance of some Bradyrhizobium japonicum isolates from agroforestry system and the shelter toward soybeans ( Glycine max (L.) Merill ). This research was performed at the Universitas Muhammadidah Malang Green House located in Tegal Gondo with altitude of 550 dpl, and UMM Biotek Laboratorium, on May 2nd, 2008 to September 2nd, 2008. \ud This research used RAK Split Plot with 3 times repetation with : Main Compartment of shelter : N0 ( without shelter ), N1 ( first shelter layer equal with 20 % ), N2 ( second shelter layer equal with 40 % ), N3 ( third shelter layer equal with 60% ).
