Essentially teaching learning process involves pedagogic, psychological, and didactic aspects. Pedagogic aspect refers to the teaching learning process that takes place in education atmosphere where teachers have to consort students in their development to reach adulthood, through teaching learning process in class. Psychological aspect refers to the fact that each student has different physical and psychological condition. Furthermore, psychological aspect refers to fact that learning process itself is so varied, for example: there are items containing memorizing aspect, there are items which need motor skill, there are learning concepts, there are behavioral and so on.
