Case management has attained much belief from various social services to be a mean that can promote client empowerment, expand client choices of services, and to achieve a continuity of care in a timely and cost-effective manner.Nevertheless, there are no consensus on what case management really is and how it is being implemented.At present, there are no less than seven models of case management, for different group of service users, being used in different countries.
