Directive 2010/31/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 2010 on the energy\ud performance of buildings (recast) requires, that all new buildings are near zero-energy buildings by the\ud end of the year 2020. In order to achieve this requirement it is necessary to consider all the design\ud factors that affect energy consumption and take advantage of all the possibilities of gaining energy\ud from renewable sources.
