In this thesis, we were following changes of the concrete microstructure due to its exposure to acidic\ud environment at normal and elevated temperatures. These changes were estimated by the monitoring\ud changes of concrete’s dynamic modulus of elasticity with time. We also determined compressive\ud strength of concrete and its resistance to the penetration of water under pressure. The obtained results\ud were different for different concrete mixtures under consideration. In the study we used two types of\ud stone aggregate and four different binders which give eight different concrete mixtures.
