Design of masonry structures based on european standard EN 1996-1-1

Diploma presents basic rules of european pre-standard ENV 1996-1-1 and method for the\ud design of axially and shear loaded unreinforced masonry structures. Instead of complicated\ud normal method for the design of axially loaded unreinforced masonry structures based on\ud ENV 1996-1-1 we can use as alternative simplified calculation method for the design of\ud axially loaded unreinforced masonry structures. For using this method some conditions have\ud to be field. For faster and easier designing axially and shear loaded unreinforced masonry\ud structures based on normal method I developed and made, within the sphere of my diploma,\ud software ZIDKO, which practical use is demonstrate with calculating example
