Settlement and registration of borders into the land cadastre and inscription of buildings into the building cadastre

This diploma thesis is an expert's detailed report on the demarcation, division and levelling\ud of borders, the delimination of the soil under the building as well as the changes in the type\ud of usage according to the real estate recording act. The real estate recording act itself is\ud summarised in the thesis. On the other hand, the field work phase of the land survey as well\ud as the production of an expert's detailed report on the demarcation, division and levelling of\ud borders along with the delimination of the soil under the building, the changes in the type of\ud usage and the registration in the land register are presented and described in detail
