This Graduation Thesis describes boundary reestablishment of Slovenian A2 motorway section Krška vas – Obrežje (Cadastre Community 1301 Krška vas) after the construction. Furthermore, procedure how to make expert's detailed report for public road section boundary reestablishment and procedure how to make expert's detailed report for recording new public road section in land cadastre as part of the project/procedure for inscription of the newly constructed road section into the national official evidences, is described. Nowadays, to manage road affairs in Slovenia, regarding boundary reestablishment of public road, four different legal basis documents could be distinguished: Real-estate recording act, Public roads act, Rules on boundary settlement and changing and recording data in the land cadastre and Rules on recording land use data in the land cadastre. Therefore, first part of the thesis depicts legal issues with further research, where conditions and guidelines for national road mark off procedures are also presented. Second part of the thesis describes practical work methods of survey company which are needed to make expert's detailed report for public road section boundary reestablishment. On the other hand, second part of the research presents SDMS software environment where expert's detailed report for public road section boundary reestablishment was made. Further description depicts preliminary work before field measurements, specification of used instruments, and engineering detail of used measurement methods
