Add to ORKGToday floods represent a threat to many urban areas. People have always preferred to construct homes in lowland areas, along watercourses or near the sea, which are threatened by floods. Among these areas we can found also south west part of Ljubljana, where have settled a lot of people since the middle of last century. This area has always been at risk of flooding, but the people who settled there probably did not know that or they just ignored that fact. Now is the plan to resolve this problem.
