Discrete Mutli-Tone (DMT) Systems suffer severely from interference by time-variant narrow bandwidth disturbers which can lead to strong increase in symbol error rate on the affected carriers, dominating the overall system performance. Methods for dynamic detection and compensation combined with swapping of the carrier bit allocation to mitigate the interference and to imporve the system performance will be presented in this paper
