In the article the literature review and authors’ data concerning the problems of bradyarrhythmia in children are presented. The prevalence, pathogenetic mechanisms, clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria and the contemporary therapeutical methods for this kind of arrhythmia are considered. A clinical case of a child with bradyarrhythmia caused by the full atrioventricular blockade is described. There has been shown the role of Holter monitoring for the diagnosis and to decide if the cardiac pacing implantation is necessary
