O racismo no contexto educativo: uma questão ética e de direitos humanos

This article aims to discuss racism in the educational context as an ethical and political issue, whose overcoming presupposes new paradigms in school practices, such as critical intercultural education, that allows the affirmation of the subject, the construction of black identity and the understanding that racism is a human rights problem. The methodology consists of a bibliographical research. It is exposed, also in the article, the overcoming of racism through political commitment to the process of social democratization, with the experience of new dialogical educational practices and solidarity. Neste artigo objetiva-se debater o racismo no contexto educativo como uma questão ética e política, cuja superação pressupõe novos paradigmas nas práticas escolares, como a educação intercultural crítica, que possibilite a afirmação do sujeito, a construção da identidade negra e a compreensão que o racismo é um problema de direitos humanos. A metodologia consiste em uma pesquisa bibliográfica. Expõe-se, também no artigo, a superação do racismo por meio do compromisso político com o processo de democratização social, com a vivência de novas práticas educacionais dialógicas e solidárias
