Place and Role of Customs Bodies of the Russian Federation in Ensuring Economic Security of the State

In this article author considers basics of economic security of the state, analyzes the role of the customs bodies of the Russian Federation. Author analyzes some international and national acts, opinions of scientists and practitioners. Attention is drawn to restrictions of political and economic nature imposed on the Russian Federation, officials, state and commercial organizations. In the conclusion author draws attention to some of the problems that exist in law enforcement practice
