Introduction and Aims According to the finding of last decade researches that emotional experiences play a central role in cardiovascular diseases, researchers have been interested in effect of emotion regulation. The purpose of this study was comparing of cognitive emotion regulation factors in cardiovascular patients and normal subjects. Materials and Methods Participants in total were 90 in 3 groups of coronary heart diseases patients, implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) recipients and normal subjects.
