Past, Present and Future of the Civil Registry in Cuba

The registration status of people becomes public activity of general interest to preconstitución instrument considered proof of marital status and legitimacy in the traffic. In order to illustrate the activity of the Civil Registry in Cuba to bring with greater impact on students and the knowledge of lawyers as significant activity, from the investigative shortcomings in this field suffers national law, they are presented a result the main legislative history of this institution and features distinguish its operation in different historical periods.
