Management of hypertriglyceridemia may use either modern or herbal medicines. Until today, the efort to seek herbal medicines that produce anti-hypertriglyceridemia effects still continued. Black soybean has been known empirically containing a bioactive substance that is useful for health. The objective of this study is to measure the efficacy of the black soybean to reduce triglyceride blood level in the animal. This is an experimental study using three groups of male white rats, two groups are the test groups and another one is the control group. Each group consists of six white rats.
