Kajian biologi dan ekologi ke atas Papilio demoleus L. dan Papilio polytes L. (Lepidoptera: Papilionidae) telah dijalankan di makmal dan di lapangan. Kesesuaian empat spesies tumbuhan [limau nipis, Citrus aurantifolia [(Christm.) Swingle]; limau purut, Citrus hystrix DC.; limau madu, Citrus reticulata Blanco dan daun kari, Murraya koenigii (L.)
