Elektronik Belge Düzenleme Yaklaşımları ve Türkiye’de E-devlet Uygulamalarında Elektronik Belge Yönetimi - Electronic Records Arrangement Approaches and Electronic Records Management at E-government Applications in Turkey

Today there is much more electronic records production in private organizations and government institutions in comparison with past. Increasing number of electronic records production leads to an obligation to control records with some arrangement approaches having theoretical base. At the same time, electronic records must be managed according to standards having international accreditation. In this study, after examining information-knowledge management and records management; some information about projects in information and records arrangement and processing with electronic base in Turkey are given. Study is concluded with principles and suggestions related to information and records system design
