The Internet has provided a framework for the development of communication services, connection, information access and mobile applications, which libraries have adopted in basically every field. Rather than displaying an endless list of Internet-based library management applications, our paper approaches the question by taking into consideration the basic functions of libraries (collecting, processing-preserving. and disseminating) which allows a wide and readable about the use of the Network in the library services.
