Study the DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) and E-LIS (E-Prints for Library and Information Science) to determine if they are accord or not with criteria of validity and reliability required of scientific articles through peer review. It analyzes problems attributed to the open access content and exposes the objections to its reliability. It also presents the citations received by peruvian authors in E-LIS, as well as severals statistics about peruvian production in this repository
