This study is integrated from an introductory study with the ABC of the subject, which pretends not only to interest the law community, but society in general of how this right of access to public information can make the difference to improve the quality of life, in the broader sense of the expression. It also includes a compilation of the main laws and regulations that have been approved on the subject in Latin America
