The World Wide Web has deeply changed the services of the libraries, has pull down the “paper library” and has also let new information environments, where the communication process is based on the digital objects. This is a new global society where the exchange of information is the “core business” especially digital information such as electronic resources, web pages, softwares, files, OPAC, photos, audio documentation and so on. All this different kinds of documentation are online on the WWW for all users that can obtain these electronic resources only by browsing the Net without going into the traditional library
