In this FRR the writers use descriptive and causal research. The writers used 60 samples for this FRR. In this FRR there are two factors that strongly influencing motivation factor, which are internal motivation and external motivation. In this FRR the writers want to know whether internal and external motivation can influence job performance. For the result, it is found that there is a significant relationship between age of agents in PT AIG LIFE and overall job performance level
