This study is an exploratory study to analyze the relationships between job satisfaction toward organizational commitment, organizational commitment to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (0CB) and job satisfaction toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior. OCB is a voluntary behavior of individuals who are not directly related to the reward system but has a contribution to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Subjective perception was measured with quantitative data obtained by interviews and questionnaires that measured by Likert Scale.
