This study aims to describe an analyse the influene of the motivation and leadership on the performance of employees in BKBPP Manggarai. Population in this study were all employees, amounting to 70 people. So this study is cencus research. Analytical tool used in this study were multiple linear regression analysis. Before to regression test, first tested the validity and reliability also the classic assumption test. Result showed that the factors that most influence the performance of employees is leadership, ths is evidenced by the largest value of standardized coeficient.
