Casting is the process to molten metal then pouring this molten metal to mould. In casting we can also alloying two or more element of metal. Casting is affected by some factors and one of them is the mould’s material. Defferent mould material affected the cooling time, mechanicm nature and micro structure. The research was held by doing permanent mold casting, sand casting and numerical method with software fluent. The material which was used is Al and Cu. And the degree of Cu is 4% and 10%. Size, Volume and mould material is equal with cylinder.
