Sorghum is potential alternative feed to replace com for chicken diet. Sorghum has high metabolizable energy as corn. Sorghum is limited feed because it has antinutrition tannin. The aim of the research is evaluation of sorghum fermented by isolate Aspergillus niger to tannin and crude protein contain. The research was conducted from 1st July to 28th 2002. The experiment used sorghum and isolate Aspergillus niger. The experiment design used factorial with completely randomized design (CRD) and 3 replications. First factor is isolate Aspergillus niger levels consist 2 treatments (0,10% and 0,20% of sorghum dry matter). Second factor is time fermented consist 3 treatnents (0, 1 and 2 week).
