Background : Ultraviolet of sun light can increase lysis of erithrocytes membrane by forming free radicals. Furthermore, this condition will give the effect of anemia. Sun light exposure occurs almost everyday especially for outdoor workers that don’t use any protector, such as sun block and umbrella. Objective : The objective of this study is to know the difference of erythrocytes fragility between subjects who were rarely and frequently exposed to sun light.
