The purposes of this study are to examine : a) the influence of job satisfaction to working effectivity, b) the influence of workplace to working effectivity, and c) the influence ability to working effectivity. The research use quantitative approach with survey methods by questionnaire or structured question list. To completing the information that have not yet explored and to clarify the research phenomenon then quantitative approach was use by direct interview with some of interesting respondent that can give the needed information.
