ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN DALAM IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PRAKTEK KEPERAWATAN PROFESIONAL (MPKP) DI RUANG PENYAKIT DALAM RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH GUNUNG JATI CIREBON (Studi Kuantitatif dan Kualitatif)

Background by mission vision and also the target of Gunung Jati Publik Hospital to give health service able to gratify patient, hospital efficiency pursuant to Bed Occupation Rate below the standar and result of former survey which is the direction that treatment service have satisfaction level which is lower compared to gizi service, medical and others. Target of this research is to know picture mount satisfaction of patient at group getting implementation professional practice model (case), knowing picture mount satisfaction of patient at group which do not get implementation professional practice model (control) and know difference mount satisfaction of patient at case group and control group Research done to 30 case group patient and 30 control group patient. This Research variable is satisfaction of pasien. Research use quantitative approach and qualitative with Quasy Experimental Design with type method Post Test Only Control Design. Result of research of mention that in general all patient at case group have level according to > 100% meaning all patient lick lips, in group control 80% level according > 100% be meaning satisfied patient and 20% level according 0,05 (do not there are difference), responsiveness is p=0,0030,05 meaning do not there are difference of satisfaction in case group patient and control Pursuant to result of research can be concluded that case group getting iimplementation professional practice model have better satisfaction level from at group control without implementation professional practice model, there are difference mount satisfaction for the dimension of tangible, assurance and responsiveness, do not there are difference mount satisfaction pursuant to reliability dimension and emphaty, there are difference mount satisfaction of case group patient and control, implementation professional practice model with primary team method in Gunung Jati Public Hospital also can improve satisfaction of patient. Suggested to hospital management that Professional Nursing Practice Model can be made alternatively for the stipulating of policy in the effort improving satisfaction of patient, in order to optimalization Professional Nursing Practice Model execution require to be performed by tuition from it developer team especially for the increase of reliability interest and emphaty, for the nurse of shall be more improve sociability, speed of service, regularity of service, gift/ giving of sincerity and information, seriousness, regularity of service, skilled of assidinity and professional, and also to other researcher to be able follow up result of research about Professional Nursing Practice Model. Dilatarbelakangi oleh visi misi serta tujuan RSUD Gunung Jati Cirebon untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat memuaskan pasien, efisiensi rumah sakit berdasarkan Bed Occupation Rate di bawah standar dan hasil survey terdahulu yang menunjukan bahwa pelayanan keperawatan memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang terendah dibanding pelayanan gizi, medis dan lain-lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien pada kelompok yang mendapat implementasi MPKP (kasus), mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien pada kelompok yang tidak mendapat implementasi MPKP (kontrol) dan mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pasien pada kelompok kasus dan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 30 pasien kelompok kasus dan 30 pasien kelompok kontrol. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kepuasan pasien.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode Quasy Experimental Design jenis Post Test Only Control Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara umum semua pasien pada kelompok kasus memiliki tingkat kesesuaian (TK) > 100% yang berarti semua pasien merasa puas, kelompok kontrol 80% TK > 100%yang berarti pasien puas dan 20% TK 0,05 (tidak terdapat perbedaan), responsiveness p=0,0030,05 yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan kepuasan pasien kelompok kasus dan kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelompok kasus yang mendapat implementasi MPKP memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang lebih balk dari pada kelompok kontrol tanpa implementasi MPKP, terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan untuk dimensi tangible, responsiveness dan assurance, tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan berdasarkan dimensi reliability dan emphaty, terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pasien kelompok kasus dan kontrol serta implementasi MPKP dengan metode tim primer di RSUD Gunung Jati Cirebon dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Disarankan kepada manajemen rumah sakit bahwa MPKP dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif untuk penetapan kebijakan dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, dalam rangka optimalisasi pelaksanaan MPKP perlu diadakan bimbingan dari tim pengembang MPKP terutama untuk meningkatan kompetensi reliability dan emphaty, untuk perawat hendaknya lebih meningkatkan keramahan, kecepatan layanan, keteraturan layanan, pemberian informasi dan kejujuran, kesungguhan, keteraturan layanan, ketrampilan profesional dan ketekunan, serta kepada peneliti lain untuk dapat menindaklanjuti hasil penelitian tentang MPK
