This research has analyzed the influence of role ambiguity, job satisfaction, behavioral feedback and learning orientation to salespeople's performance. The survey has done through the questioners to 100 chosen responder. Responders are salespeople of Sole Pharmaceutical Agent. Then the data result of survey has analyzed by using of Structural Equation Modeling technique (SEM) which is explain causality relation between some variables / constructs which are used in this research. The method of collecting data which has done is use of purposive sampling method.
