ABSTRACT Implementation of market orientation culture in an organization gives a huge impact on its marketing performance. Market orientation has long been viewed as an organization culture that considers market as a very crucial stakeholder, therefore market needs to be managed through gathering information about consumer needs and also about its competitor.
