ABSTRACT Many ways are done by companies to get customer's loyalty. One of their efforts is providing value to their customers. In competition to provide value, companies continuously seek superior resources, accordance with product quality and any other advantages. Present research examines a customer's loyalty model at micro finance institutions in which to sustain its existence these institutions provide more advantages beyond product quality.
