Internship report tittled " Marketing Strategy Analisis of PT. Waringin Jati Semarang in competitive Market" is aimed to find out the dominant factors affecting company's perfomance and to evaluate either internal or external factors at company environment used by PT. Waringin Jati toward its competitor especially CV.S Agung at Semarang in marketing mixture including product, price, promotion and place (4p). One way to find out the company position toward its close competitor is by using SWOT evaluation manely stength, weakness, opportunities and threat.
