BEBERAPA KARAKTERISTIK IBU YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KEJADIAN PERDARAHAN POSTPARTUM (STUDI KASUS PADA BULAN JANUARI-SEPTEMBER 2003 DI RSUD DR. H. SOEWONDO KENDAL) MOTHER'S CHARACTERISTICS RELATED TO THE OCCURRENCE OF POSTPARTUM HAEMORRHAGIC (CASE STUDY IN JANUARY-SEPTEMBER 2003 AT 'RSUD DR. H. SOEWONDO' KENDAL

Perdarahan postpartum masih menempati urutan pertama penyebab kematian ibu di Indonesia (40-60%) sehingga masih tetap menjadi masalah kesehatan utama yang belum terpecahkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa karakteristik ibu yaitu status gizi, anemia, umur, paritas, jarak persalinan, dan pemeriksaan kehamilan (ANC) terhadap kejadian perdarahan postpartum. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan studi kasus kontrol dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 responden, terdiri dari 15 kasus dan 60 kontrol. Dengan menggunakan uji Regresi Logistik Bivariet (alpha=0,05) diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel yang mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan kejadian perdarahan postpartum adalah status gizi (p=0,011), anemia (p=0,001), umur (p=0,007), dan paritas (p=0,031). Sedangkan jarak persalinan (p=0,379) dan ANC (p=0,081) tidak mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan kejadian perdarahan postpartum. Dengan uji Regresi Logistik multivariat (alpha=0,05) diperoleh variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian perdarahan postpartum adalah status gizi (p=0,046), anemia (p=0,010), umur (p=0,008), paritas (p=0,020) dan ANC (p=0,032). Sehingga ibu yang KEK, amemia, berumur =35 tahun, mempunyai paritas >=4 dan tidak melakukan K4 memiliki probabilitas untuk mengalami perdarahan postpartum sebesar 17,597%. Untuk ibu hamil disarankan memperhatikan status kesehatannya (gizi dan anemia), mengatur/merencanakan umur untuk hamil (20-34 tahun) dan jumlah anak serta melakukan ANC secara teratur dan sesuai standar. The objectives of research were to investigate mother's characteristics, include nutrient status, aenemia, age, parity, parturition interval and Antenatal Care (ANC) to the occurrence of postpartu haemorrhagic. The outline of research was Case Control Study with retrospective approximation. It had 75 responde, included 15 cases and 60 controls. According to bivariat Logistic Regretion test (alpha=0,05) the result of the research indicated that some variables had statistically relation with the occurrence of postpartum haemorrhagic, it included nutrient status (p=0,011), aenemia (p=0,001), age (p=0,007) and parity (p=0,031). But parturition interval (p=0,379) and ANC (p=0,081) had not statistically relation with the occurrence of postpartum haemorrhagic. According to multivariat Logistic Regretion test (alpha=0,05), the result of the research indicated that nitrient status (p=0,046), aenemia (p=0,010), age (p=0,008), parity (p=0,020) and ANC (p=0,032) statisticalli related to the occurrence of postpartum haemorrhagic. So, mother with KEK, aenemia, age =35 years old, parity >=4 and didn't ANC had probabiliyi to get postpartum haemorrhagic 17,597%. It was pregnant mother adviced to care their health status (nutrient and aenemia), to plan the pregnancy age (20-30 years old, child and do ANC continous and standard.
