Community First: Impacts of Community Engagement (CFICE) Demonstrating Engagement Outcomes for Community

CFICE is an action research project supported by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council that aims to strength Canadian non-profits, post-secondary institutions and funding agencies to build more successful, innovative, resilient, and prosperous communities. We ask the question: How can community-campus engagement be designed and implemented in ways that maximize the value for non-profits? During this session we wish to invite community engagement practitioners to join the CFICE community to share their stories, and tell us how they determine impacts and outcomes of community-campus engagement. We are particularly interested in hearing from those working in poverty reduction, community food security, community environmental sustainability, violence against women, and knowledge mobilization
