Sul giudizio politico: attori particolari, spettatori universali

My thesis deals with the political judgment in the thought of Hannah Arendt. While the judgment, considered both as a faculty of the mind and as a theoretical activity, is analyzed already in the classical age, among others, Plato (in the Gorgias) and Aristotle (with the concept of phronesis), the concept of political judgment becomes a topic of political philosophy from the interpretation that provides Hannah Arendt (Lectures on Kant's Political Philosophy of 1970) about Urteilskraft that Immanuel Kant in his Critique of Judgment deals with: according to Arendt, in the third Critique Kant - and not in the Critique of Practical Reason - would, in fact, kept the authentic political thought of the German philosopher, revolved around the power and activity of the judgment that, she believes, is “the most political among spiritual activities” [Arendt, 1978] in which each individual is endowed and would need, therefore, to be cultivated.
