Radiographic films as a detection system for a CT-scanner

AA new, low cost, device based on a first generation CT-scanner has been developed. The instrument exploits the high performance of radiographic films in terms of spatial resolution and image definition and is able to produce tomographic images of small objects (10×10 cm). It can be used at different energies and it is a useful instrument for examining a large amount of different samples.
