Introduction: Today, coronary heart disease, especially acute myocardial infarction(AMI ) is one of the most common causes of death in human beings. In electrocardiographic basis, there are two forms of AMI : Q wave and non-Q wave. The rate of prevalence, complications and the mortality of these two kinds are different. The aim of this survey, was to study the prevalence and first 7-days mortality rate of these two kinds of AMI.
