Web page development by end users is an increasingly common organisational activity, yet very little research has focused on the success of these Web applications. The Technology Acceptance Model has been widely used to investigate the acceptance of information systems, with results identifying a causal relationship from an individual’s beliefs, to their attitudes, to their intentions and then to their actions.
