Exploring the tension between return on investment and pedagogical design

In the current chaotic economic environment employers are seeking flexible ways to improve the skills of their workers and the productivity of their organisations. They are increasingly exploring Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to provide this flexibility in a cost effective way.
