Firstly, at the individual level investigating competency and accomplishment and secondly, at the organisational level investigating strategic alignment and business impact. An evaluation framework based on five levels of evaluation (satisfaction, accomplishment, application, impact and return on investment) will be discussed. The third topic- capability - will investigate potential models for future assessment of components for successful deployment of e-learning within the workplace.
