"Governmental Reorganization and Metropolitics: Determinants Central to a Normative Theory of Metropolitan Planning " resulted from research performed by Mr. Moore for his Ph.D. degree. During the conduct of this research Mr. Moore served as a Graduate Instructor in the School of Civil Engineering at Purdue University. Professor H. L. Michael provided guidance for the research and preparation of the report.
