To gain the perspective of nine students currently being prepared to become teachers, this study used semi-structured interviews to examine their beliefs about computer-based educational technology. Areas for study included their views on the role of technology in the K-12 classroom, as well as their beliefs about their own skills in using technology and their perspectives on the most effective means of acquiring skills and implementing technology-infused activities into their classroom practice.
