BACKGROUND: The objective of this study was to determine whether the addition of low-dose-rate brachytherapy or androgen-de-privation therapy (ADT) improves clinical outcome in patients with high-risk prostate cancer (HiRPCa) who received dose-escalated radiotherapy (RT).
