AD ablation depth, and CCT preoperative central corneal thickness. This metric may more accurately repre-sent the risk of ectasia than the individual components that comprise it. The purpose of this study was to investigate the associa-tion of the percent tissue altered with the occurrence of ectasia after LASIK in eyes with normal preoperative Plac-ido disk–based corneal topography and to compare this metric to other recognized risk factors.
