lssues are discussed that arose in the training and implementaiyon of the Adaptive Leaming Environments Model at two different sites. A brief description of the model and the sites is followed by specific issues. Sug-gestions are made for ameliorating conditions that might arise in other training and implementation en-deavors with this model and others aimed at main-streaming and school improvement.
