The success of the Design department at SEBRAE/RN or any organization depends on the ability to manage the knowledge of their team members. However, the knowledge management of an organization is usually carried out in an informal way. This is because the internal knowledge is not shared and utilized in a proper and correct manner. As a consequence, a diagnosis of the knowledge management was accomplished inside of the Design department at SEBRAE/RN through the application of a questionnaire in order to find out which are the existents practices of knowledge management and information management within this department.
