CHALLENGES OF DEVELOPING AN INTERACTIVE KNOWLEDGE WAREHOUSE WITHIN THE MEDIA INDUSTRY: SIGNIFICANCE OF EMERGENT FRAMEWORKS

It has been common practice among organisations to develop standard operating procedures to gain advantages like standardisation, ensure continuity, and deal with contingency needs.
